As a part of Jersey's Business & Trust Law Group, you will provide technically sound legal advice on a range of issues, whilst building and maintaining productive working relationships with clients and intermediaries alike.
You will advise on a wide variety of commercial property matters, and aid in the restructuring of funds in order to obtain the greatest fiduciary benefit for the client.
Who we're looking for
• Excellent educational background and qualifications
• Strong track record of exposure to investment funds required to make use of regulatory and fiscal advantages of restructuring utilising Jersey vehicles
• RELOCATION TOTHE CHANNEL ISLANDSIS AN ESSENTIAL IN THIS CASE
• IT IS ESSENTIAL TO BE COMMON LAW QUALIFIED
• In terms of long term career prospects in this jurisdiction, you should be open to requalifying in Jersey Law
