An excellent opportunity to join this bluechip Management Consultancy as a Consultant within their operations / performance practice. Our client is a leading Management Consultancy whose work is based on deeps sector insight and expertise. They work across a variety of sectors and are now looking to significantly grow their team.

As a Consultant you will be based within the Business Operations and Performance Practice. You will be working very closely with clients in order to provide them with robust solutions that will enable them to realise their strategic aims. This will include projects that concentrate on cost reduction, lean transformation and process driven change and will also include elements of process outsourcing and the implementation of shared services.

Who we're looking for
The consultants we're looking for will have proven analytical skills, demonstrable delivery capability and, of course, a strong academic history, with a 1st or Upper 2nd honours degree from a leading university. Appropriate post-graduate qualifications are also advantageous, as are professional qualifications.
Consultants will have relevant track record in blue-chip organisations, probably combining a mix of consultancy and line experience, and gained through the delivery a number of projects/initiatives and will be capable of dealing with senior people in an organisation.
Willingness to travel.
