Main duties:
Production of 3 year plan on an annual basis
Production of management reports on a monthly basis and review of those with department managers/directors
Production of forecast on a monthly basis
Preparation and review of business cases (ROI etc)
Monitoring, control and reporting of projects
Post Evaluation reviews of projects
Preparation of cost models for new services/products
Liaison with Paris head office regarding queries on reports
Design and preparation of monthly Management information
Analysis of financial information to assist with decision making - e.g. product profitability, customer profitability
Design and operation of the cash float forecasting tool
Involvement in system and process improvements (probably changing accounting package in next 18 months)
Supervision and development of 1 member of staff (CIMA part qualified - still studying)
Adhoc projects as required e.g. due diligence, valuation of target companies

Who we're looking for
Key Skills/Experience:
Ideally CIMA qualified and with good experience in a variety of companies
Strong on systems (use and implementation)
Self motivated - able to work without close supervision
Team player - we are a small team of 7 plus me so everyone has to assist as required to cover other team member's absence
Good interpersonal skills - will need to deal with all levels of staff from junior to directors
Strong character - will be able to challenge people and ideas as necessary
Open minded - able to think laterally and see solutions

What's on offer
Salary between £35k and £40k, plus £2k bonus
