As a Business Development Director you will be heavily involved in setting the business plans and strategy behind the business development.
Your key responsibilities are:
• To have overall strategic responsibility for business development, in line with the Strategic Business Plan objectives and other agreed targets.
• For identifying, securing and commissioning new service developments within Yorkshire and Humberside region.
• To lead on the development of a membership base.
• To develop and oversee a fundraising strategy.
• To consult and liaise with service users and carers to promote service user-led developments.
• To be the designated deputy for the Chief Executive in his/her absence.

Who we're looking for
My client is looking for a experienced business development professional who has currently worked for a charity. You should have a good network of senior level contacts in the Yorkshire and Humberside region, and have a proven track record of building strong relationships and securing funding.
