The Compensation & Benefits Consultant will be responsible for the design and delivery of competitive scheme/plans that are aligned to the business objective and strategies. As the focal between employees, key stakeholder and Finance the Compensation & Benefits Manager will utilised acquired knowledge of the business, marketplace and competition to ensure the acquisition and retention of the market sectors top talent.
This role will also be centred around the evaluation of current frameworks and the development and growth of new initiatives. You will enjoy senior level exposure and be happy to make recommendations to the senior management team while also working closely with the US office.
Who we're looking for
To be successful in the role of Compensation & BenefitsConsultantyou must be able to demonstrate the following key attributes:
• Prior exposure to a professional services organisation.
• Degree educated
• Excellent analytical and presentation skills
• Proven success of designing and delivering competitive compensation and benefits programmes
• Must have excellent communications and proven influencing skill to all levels
• Management of internal and external partners and vendors
• Must have a consultative and pragmatic style with excellent relationship building skills
