The People Development Manager will assume management and delivery responsibility for the design, development and implementation of the People Development, Training, Communications, Events and Leadership development strategies. The responsibilities cover all locations where the company maintains a presence and therefore the role must adapt to the function's changing priorities as it grows around the world.
The role holder will be accountable for the design, development and implementation of a People Strategy for a global function of over 600 people based in London and in global locations. They will also be accountable for the design, development and implementation of a Communications & Events Strategy for this global function.
The successful candidate will be responsible for defining, developing and assessing Leadership Development initiatives and be the key lynch pin of the programme, and will own the relationship with high profile external Leadership Consultants and the internal Leadership Team.

Who we're looking for
Our client is looking for the following experience:
• Must understand recruitment, training, comms and career and leadership development processes and their importance to a high performing professional services organisation
• Have experience of the people implications of working in an internal audit delivery / professional services organisation
• Displays willingness and initiative to learn about new Group policies and relevant Central Services
• Is a key member of "People Networks" across the Group
