You will work in the Thames Valley office of a Legal 100 Practice with an excellent reputation and an excellent client base.
The team has a broad exposure to all aspects of commercial dispute resolution with a particular emphasis on construction, property, banking, insolvency, product liability and intellectual property, technology and media disputes.
This role will focus on contentious IP matters to compliment the firms strong commercial presence within the publishing, bio-technology and technology sectors. You will have your own caseload of matters but a primary aspect of the role will be to support a partner in the team.
Who we're looking for
A commercial litigation lawyer that has a track record working on IP litigation. Alternatively, our client will consider a strong commercial litigation candidate with an understanding of IP litigation.
You should be able to work with minimal supervision on smaller value matters and be prepared to assist a partner on larger and more complex claims.
