This is a part time or full time role for professional support lawyer (PSL) to support the firms Intellectual property department with their know how requirements.
The role will involve updating the firms Intellectual property department in relation to current case law and precedents relating to matters in the fields of media, bio technology, publishing and IT.
The role will also involve assisting the Intellectual Property team with their marketing.
Who we're looking for
Our client is looking for an Intellectual Property Solicitor who is looking to take on a PSL role on either a full or part time basis.
Our client will also consider a solicitor that is already in a PSL role.
The candidate must have a working knowledge of Intellectual Property Law and experience of the intellectual property aspects of media law.
