You will be responsible for providing HR Strategic direction to the senior leadership team by creating a high performance team. This will include:-
• Supporting and coaching the management teams through the development and implementation of a HR Strategy.
• Developing and delivering HR elements of business change plans ensuring the people agenda is established to deliver effective organisational and cultural change activities.
• Working with the teams to encourage an open, structured forum to discuss talent management.
• Ensuring best practice is followed, improvements are identified and implemented to operational HR in areas such as ER, performance management, recruitment and HR administrative processes.
• Challenging business leaders on how to engage employees, addressing people issues and building skills and capabilities effectively.
Who we're looking for
You should be of graduate calibre with a strong HR Generalist skill set combined with a track record of demonstrable business benefit/improvement. You need to demonstrate strength and depth in leading blue chip organisations through significant change programmes. You will have experience of working in Retail, Financial Services or Sales sectors. Travel sector experience would be ideal. Ideally you will be CIPD qualified.
