Divisional HR Business Partner will act as a support to the Group HR Director and support the other members of the HR team.
Acting as a true HRBP you will work closely with the MD, Commercial Manager, Operations Manager and Quality Manager. You will cover all aspects of the generalist HR and engage the senior management team in the development of the workforce.

Who we're looking for
CIPD qualified.
All-round generalist skills, previous experience of training needs analysis. The candidate will understand how HR can impact the bottom line.
