Sales Development Lead

As Indirect Sales Development Lead, you'll identify and evaluate internal and external best practice, and use this to continuously improve the sales tools and processes for our sales force. We'll also require you to:

Develop tracking and assessment tools for success of Sales 1st behaviours, processes and tools implementation in the Indirect Channel.
Define the tracking mechanism for sales' success in the Indirect Channel.
Lead a cross-functional team to develop a sales framework specifically for the indirect channel
Identify process gaps and improvements, highlight these to the process owners and work through the sales teams as required to improve these areas e.g. Campaign Management, Sales Support and Recognition
Represent sales at a global level in interface with other initiatives Provide support and coaching to regional implementers on Indirect sales processes and Indirect tools best practice Together with the Global Sales Lead, define the vision & direction Indirect sales Ensure the sustainability of Sales 1st by embedding behaviours, basics and the framework in the business Lead sub-teams in developing Sales 1st vision with non-sales functions to embed sales in the wider organisation and define the vision to action for transformation to a world class sales organisation Source and work with external agencies to benchmark against world class Indirect sales organisations Plan and conduct sales reviews together with regional implementers in priority countries as requested by the business or as deemed necessary through KPI reviews Integrate above with Route to Market Strategy Team and Indirect Marketing activities to ensure shared direction and aligned organizational priorities.

Who we're looking for
With detailed knowledge of sales leadership and basic sales processes and tools, you'll possess sales competence and coaching, and strategic marketing knowledge.

Experience in business reviews, audits and implementation is essential, as is experience in Operating Unit engagement and change management. Frontline or sales management experience is vital, as is knowledge of project management and training and competency development.

You should have a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, and candidates with an MBA will be at an advantage
