As Head of Organisational Development you will lead the development of capability at all organisational levels by providing talent identification, learning & development, career management and retention programmes. This will involve :
-Strategic development of frameworks for workforce planning, learning & development, culture, succession management, performance management, team effectiveness and career development. Drive and facilitate introduction of these strategies
-Change Management - facilitate change initiatives that impact OD environment, often within context of broader culture or change programmes
-Accountable for managing the high potential programme including assessment, career development and talent management initiatives
-Leadership development for directors - responsibility for overseeing existing program for directors, coaching leaders and responding to adhoc queries around external training courses to meet other leadership development training needs
-Performance management - owner of Performance Management System and associated training & support through L&D team
-Conduct widespread training needs analysis to ensure current suite of training & learning interventions meet needs and are aligned with culture and strategic aims of the group
-Have overall responsibility for suite of training courses & learning programmes, including technical training and non-technical training through to management & leadership development programmes
-Oversee design of training interventions or content as required
-Build technical training function / capability within the team
-Management of L&D team (currently two staff)
Who we're looking for
-Proven OD/ L&D / HR / Change / professional with successful track record of delivery & success
-Experience of running change management programmes/ initiatives
-Performance Management/Appraisal Systems knowledge and experience
- Training programme design and delivery experience
-Commercial management of third parties and vendors
-(Preferred but not essential) Technical / IT training experience or training experience gained in an IT organisation or environment
-Tertiary qualifications in Business / HR preferred
-Accreditation in leading tools & methodologies preferred
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Excellent facilitation skills
-Strong coaching and training skills
-Well developed relationship management and engagement skills
