Export & Contract Manager

• Working closely with the Marketing and Commercial team, this is a new role which represents an exciting opportunity for the right person to join the company at an ambitious time, make a positive difference and contribute to it's successful sales growth by pioneering its penetration of 2 key core markets
• Create, execute and evaluate export sales and marketing strategy in the development of new international market opportunities.
• Key account management responsibility for all export territories.
• Responsible for the development of product, pricing, promotion and service initiatives for export customers.
• Establish a regular programme of market/customer visits ensuring high visibility with all key customers.
• Develop strong personal and professional relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues.
• Contribute to and manage the new product development programme for export markets
• Ensure high level market intelligence on customers, competitors, market trends and future opportunities.
• Prepare and implement business development programme to manage the company's successful penetration of the Contract Fill market.
• Management of export sales transactions through effective co-ordination of relevant internal departments-customer service, marketing, operations, supply chain.
• Construct a detailed market/customer business plan(export and import) to deliver company expectations on sales volumes and value.
• Prepare and monitor annual sales budgets and monthly forecasts.

Who we're looking for
Ideally looking for graduate with sales /business development experience gained ideally in the consumer goods sector with some international exposure. Enthusiastic, motivated team player who is results orientated and relishes a challenge. Commercially aware the right candidate will have a track record in developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies, strong communication and interpersonal skills. The position will require extensive travel principally throughout Europe and Africa and will be UK based.
