Interim Compensation & Benefits Manager

Reporting to the Head of Compensation and Benefits, our client, based in Greater London is seeking an Interim Compensation & Benefits Manager to join their fast paced and changing team. The successful candidate's duties will include:

• Be responsible for the Reward process on a number of areas including; salary planning, and national bonus plans.
• Manage and review the benefits packages in areas such as; relocation, company car policy, flexible benefits.
• Support the roll out of job evaluation across the UK.
• Ad hoc administration duties as required.

Who we're looking for
The successful Interim Compensation & Benefits Manager will be enthusiastic with a passion for Compensation & Benefits. The successful candidate's skill set will include:

• An ability to gather and analyse large quantities of data.
• Proven relationship building and influencing skills at a senior level.
• An ability to work in a project based role, and working to dead lines.
• PC literate with strong Excel (or other spreadsheet package) skills
• Hay job evaluation experience is preferred, but not necessary.
