You will be responsible for providing HR strategic direction to the senior leadership team in the sales centres by creating a high performance team. This will include:-
• Understanding the Sales Centres challenges for development and succession.
• Developing and delivering HR elements of business change ensuring the people agenda is established to deliver effective organisational and cultural change activities.
• Defining Sales Centre HR strategy and ensuring this is aligned with business objectives, culture and wider HR strategy.
• Ensuring best practice is followed, improvements are identified and implemented to operational HR in areas such as ER, Performance Management, Recruitment, and HR Administrative processes.
• Challenging business leaders on how to engage employees, addressing people issues and building skills and capabilities effectively.
Who we're looking for
You should be of graduate calibre with a strong HR Generalist skill set gained working in a call centre environment. A track record ofdelivering business improvement in a leading blue chip organisation needs to be combined with a customer service focus. An ability to develop excellent relationships across the business is essential.
