Our client is seeking aProject Accountantto join a newly created team a corporate centre in the West Midlands. You will take responsibility for service charge closure processes, audit and control of service charge cash reconciliations and manage the transition of service charge properties bothin and out of the business.
Responsibilities include:
• Maintenance of master schedule of service charge properties.
• Holding regular progress review meetings with service charge accountants.
• Issuing of management reports regarding service charge closure status.
• Investigate historic cash reconciliation items and advising appropriate action.
• Attend meetings with clients.

Who we're looking for
A Part Qualified or Qualified by Experience (QBE) accountant with a substantial period of time spent in a property accounting or client facing role. Property industry experience is highly desirable, with partnership exposure also ideal. Experience of working within the UK is essential.
