The Operations Training Leader will support the development of the Organisations Manufacturing and Supply Chain divisions to a World Class status. Your responsibilities will include;
• Development f each Operations function training matrix, and procedure for their maintenance by the functional managers
• Implementing systems for the effective provision of training needs identified as part of performance development discussions
• Training process flow in compliance with ISO9001
• Introducing induction packages for all Operational functions
• Monitoring the number of hours training per employee
• Arranging the completion of training modules for all permanent clinical production, engineering and warehouse staff
• Liaising with the site co-ordinator, to ensure effective hand over of systems as they are developed
Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will have previous experience in developing training systems for manufacturing and/ or supply chain environments. They will be a confident communicator, able to work with colleagues from all levels and functions of the Operational organisation. You will possess the ability to work on your own initiative and manage your time effectively. A knowledge of FDA regulations and requirements and GMP is preferred but not essential.
