Permanent position working with the rest of the Reward and Recognition function primarily in the Cash Compensation and benefits area but with the ability to get involved in a number of cross functional initiatives. This role represents and excellent opportunity for someone who wishes to branch into a broader compensation and benefits remit and gain further experience in this area
Principal Accountabilities:
-Working with the Compensation and Benefit Managers and key stakeholders (the business, HR Relationship Managers, external advisers) to assist in the operation/administration of various compensation and benefit initiatives.
- Work on all year end compensation and benefit processes including processes for bonus waivers, deferred compensation arrangements, flex administration
- Responsibility for compensation and benefits market data including survey completion and analysis.
-Assistance with all ML employee-related compensation and benefit queries
- Work on day to day compensation queries from managers and HR colleagues
-Involvement in ad-hoc projects with an EMEA compensation and/or benefits angle (acquisitions/disposals etc)

- Good understanding of the European and Middle Eastern diversity framework
-Pragmatic and positive outlook
Desirable:
-Quantitative analytical skills
-Experience of managing a budget
