Finance Director

This Finance Director role is a newly created opportunity. The business has just announced substantial financing and with all the other key players in place the business is now looking to recruit a Finance Director to join the senior management team. Supporting the CEO, and other Directors, you will play a pivotal role in driving ambitious growth and development within this truly exciting business with a unique offering to the market.
This is an excellent opportunity to really support a business that is envisaged to double or even triple profit growth and turnover in each of the next 5 years. The role is completely untypical of many Finance Director opportunities and requires no previous experience at this level, moreover you will be entrepreneurial in spirit, commercial in approach and have the drive, enthusiasm and ability to grow within the role.

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will be fully qualified with a PQE and a strong track record of achievement in your career to date.
You will have drive, flair, ambition and a strong commercial leaning and indeed your ideal career path may well be towards managing your own business in the future rather than a Finance Director of a FTSE 100 business. You will be exceptional interpersonally with excellent communication skills and have the ability to create strong working relationships with people at all levels both internally and externally.
Finally you will demonstrate a real "hands-on" attitude to the finance function but have the ability to see the bigger picture and the potential to grow quickly within the role as turnover and profit increase.
