As a General Manager, you will take control of one our client's new restaurants in Sheffield. This is a fantastic opportunity to get involved with one of the UK's leading restaurant groups and join them at a time of great expansion. They have a proven track record of developing their people to more senior roles, and so, a successful General Manager can expect to experience great personal and professional development.
Who we're looking for
The successful applicants will demonstrate the following skills/experience-
· Strong leadership skills.
· Good understand of Profit & Loss.
· Operational experience within a hospitality environment.
· A self starter who can cope under pressure.
· A passion for fresh food.
· Be able to demonstrate a commitment to great service.
