As a General Manager, you will take control of one our client's award winning restaurants in Liverpool. This is a fantastic opportunity to get involved with one of the UK's leading restaurant groups and join them at a time of great expansion. They have a proven track record of developing their people to more senior roles, and so, successful General Managers can expect to experience great personal and professional development.

Who we're looking for
The successful applicants will demonstrate the following skills/experience-

· Strong leadership skills.

· Good understand of Profit & Loss.

· Operational experience within a hospitality environment.

· A self starter who can cope under pressure.

· A passion for fresh food.

· Be able to demonstrate a commitment to great service.
