Facilities Manager operating out of the North East is required to spearhead a new total facilities management contract on behalf of this national firm. The site is a circa 650,000 sq ft facility that includes retail, grounds, car parks and considerable common areas. Overall the successful applicant will be responsible for all facilities services. Day in day out the role will predominantlybe focussed on providing M&E services, with soft services (cleaning, security, grounds maintenance) beingmanagedthrough anexisting management structure. All services will be managed via contractors therefore the role will include management via SLA's and KPI's.

Who we're looking for
An extremely customer focussed facilities management professional that is primarily able to deliver on a demanding contract within the parameters and expectations set. With a broad understanding of both hard and soft services it is likely that the individual will be stronger and have a background in M&E. Ideally with retail exposure (though not essential) the successful applicant will be a positive, energetic and driven manager able to inspire and motivate others.
