Reporting to the Head of HR, this is a newly created HR Manager position as part of a restructure within this large, well known Retailer. With a set client base you will champion HR and drive the delivery of the people agenda to maximise the potential and performance of the business. You will need to provide the right support at the right time to your client group with particular expertise in engagement, performance management, L&D, succession planning, comp and bens, ER and other generalist activities.
You will be given as little or as much autonomy as you want to be successful and be allowed a degree of creativity to deliver multiple solutions and assist driving the business forward. The client group is mostly based in Middlesex however occasional travel to the Midlands (once every two weeks)is important to maintain your profile. This is a challenging role and offers the successful candidate the chance to grow and develop in a fast paced environment.
Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will be of graduate calibre and fully CIPD qualified. You should have a strong generalist background desirably as a current HR Manager in a complex , blue chip organisation or a Senior HR Advisor looking for the next step. You should have demonstrable experience across all areas of HR and be an extremely strong influencer and communicator.
