Key Objectives of the Commercial Manager

• Provide commercial support to the Regional Operations Director
• Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities
• Ensure the business financial standards are maintained for the region
• Develop and maintain rigorous control measures
• Develop and agree overall commercial targets for the branches in the region
• Monitor individual contract margins
• Motivate and assist in developing branch staff

Who we're looking for
Genuine commercial experience, ideally with a Facilities Management provider. The Commercial Manager will have the ability to shape the commercial strategy to aid the development of the business.
