As restaurant manager you will be responsible for a high level of service by developing, motivating and managing a well-trained, customer-orientated team. You will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the restaurant ensuring the customers receive a high quality of service and that all brand standards are adhered to.

Who we're looking for
To maintain our clients high standards, you will need to have a strong management background focusing on team and management development, P&L experience, stock and labour management, have a thorough understanding of the industry and the competitors but most of all an unquestionable drive and the enthusiasm to learn and develop.

Our client is one of the largest independent restaurant companies in the UK with almost 300 sites across the country.

What's on offer
Basic salary of up to £25000 plus bonus and package.
