Implementation Consultant

As an Implementation Consultant you will be tasked with ensuring operational efficiency at all times and to put improvements in place to improve efficiency. You will need to directly contribute towards the achievement of the divisional objectives, as well as the planned improvements for clients and company divisions. This role will require client visits around the UK,with the expectation that you will be out of the office for at least two days a month.

Main responsibilities:
• To ensure that all payrolls are set up on the current system on time and correctly and within the clients expectations.
• To ensure that the data being loaded for the first payroll run is correct.
• To ensure that the payrolls are set up in the correct tax period, the clients have their output back as per their Sales quote and delivery deadlines, and that the employees are paid via BACS (where ever possible).
• To project manage new payroll and HR implementations.
• To log employee errors within the current error system, to ensure consistency and to show proactive training/retraining/process changes.
• To convert, where ever possible, clients onto an importable timesheet/time clock and HR import.
• To programme reports for the benefit of the clients, from basic salary details to basic account journals.
• To advise clients on suitable product options - for example: electronic output, electronic payslips, audit files.
• Identify and discuss revenue generation opportunities through consultancy or training.
• To support all Moorepay products.

Who we're looking for
IT skills:
• Email, Excel and directory navigation
• Be able to demonstrate a sound general knowledge of payroll
• Good Microsoft skills

• A finisher
