Reporting in to the Regional HR Manager you will support the London and East Regional HR team.
Your key responsibilities will be:-
• Advising line managers on employee relations policies with an emphasis on performance and attendance.
• Ensuring the corporate HR model is applied in relation to HR policy.
• Providing training and support to line managers on HR policy and employment law.
• Compiling HR management information and reporting to support Regional HR decision making and assisting in analysis of trends.
• Working on corporate HR projects.
Who we're looking for
You should be of graduate calibre with an HR Generalist skill set. This needs to include a solid understanding to employment relations and employment law. Excellent communication skills need to be combined with an ability to work in a fast pace environment.
