The role will involve the administration, analysis and development of the InterContinental Hotel Group's key owner relationship marketing program.
The successful candidate will:
• Administer and develop IHG's CRM tool (salesforce.com) supporting IHG's relationships with major investors in IHG hotels.
• To produce ad hoc briefing notes and reports on potential capital partners for senior executives.
• To create and run processes and procedures to ensure data accuracy in salesforce.com.
• Be involved in the research of companies and individuals who could be potential capital partners for the company. Also providing analysis of this research for senior management.
• To maintain a global entertainment calendar in salesforce.com through liaison with the different regions and ensure entertainment status of invitees to high profile events is properly maintained.
Who we're looking for
Candidates will have demonstrable skills within the following areas:
• Communication both verbal and written
• Technically literate
• Working with a CRM application (desirable)
• Candidates with a Finance degree or diploma would be prioritised
