Child Care Locum

The child care locum would need to be based in the Worcesteroffice of this local authority and would support child care solicitors by:

* Drafting threshold documents;
* Applications;
* Witness statements;
* Drafting the new documentation under the new Public Law Outline (PLO);
* Witness support at court;
* Run discharge applications (non-contentious);
* Put together complex bundles;
* Witness liaison;
* Attend at conference and if sufficiently knowledgeable advice on threshold

Who we're looking for
An individual who can demonstrate the above key skills, ideally in the Public Sector
