This employer of choice in the oil and gas sector based in Aberdeen, currently requires a commercially focused Senior HR Advisor to join their established and expanding HR function. This role has a fully generalist remit and will involve providing a comprehensive HR service to the business area you are aligned to.
The main deliverables of the role are;
HR Consultancy:
• This aspect covers all general HR specialisations. In essence to provide advice and guidance on discipline and grievance issues, participate in interviews and produce appropriate documentation.
Compensation & Benefits
• Identify benchmark jobs in the relevant market and source regular salary and benefits information.
• Provide advice on competitive salary levels (external and internal).
• Suggest appropriate compensation packages as required to meet changing market demands and with due recognition of Company's global compensation strategy
Resourcing
• Provide job descriptions to assist in recruitment process.
• Assist the Resourcing Team specialist in the selection and interview process.
• Provide advice on appropriate contractual terms and ensure hire documentation is completed in a timely manner.

Expatriate and Commuter Assignments

Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will be a team player and able to motivate and influence others. They will be dedicated and able to make sound decisions. They should have a basic knowledge of SAP ELC module or equivalent HR Information System and they should ideally be CIPD qualification (or equivalent).
