This is a full generalist role which will involve the successful candidate taking full HR responsibility for the businesses operations in the north of England. There is a significant amount of industrial relations and change management and the ideal candidate will need to perform across multiple locations with different operations managers. The HR Business Partner will have a very proactive approach to HR and be a strong leader capable of delivering results. The role will report directly to the Head of HR for Distribution with a West Yorkshire base.

Who we're looking for
You should be an excellent generalist within depth experience gained in a multi site, large scale operation. You will have had significant exposure to working in partnership with trade unions and influencing operational managers within the distribution environment.
