You will join a successful and highly regarded team, which is continuously growing.
The firm acts for a number of Royal Society Landlords in respect of development and acquisition work (which also includes the associated construction and planning issues), sales and litigation work.
You will carry out and lead on all real estate aspects of social housing work. With the help and support of the firm's Business Development, Charities, Property, Finance, and Litigation teams you will submit tenders for work where invited and seek out new opportunities to bid for work.
Who we're looking for
An experienced social housing solicitor with a record of advising housing association clients on a wide range of work.
The ideal candidate will have a possess excellent client relationship management skills and will be interested in marketing and development. You will also have strong organisational skills and will be a team player.
