Recoveries & Finance Solicitor

You will join ahighly-rated recoveries and finance team.
The role isvaried and will involve legal work, help with management of the team and some marketing.

The legal work will include:

• Working on cases, drafting difficult statement of case/document/ settlement agreement, dealing with negotiations or advising on way the best way forward.
• Dealing with summary judgment applications
• Working on defended order for sale applications.
• Working on disputed claims for a variety of corporate clientsand also act for our client on defended cases.You would get trained up in law and procedures relating to the Solicitors Act 1974 and enforceability of Bills if required.
You will also be involved in management of the team and marketing initiatives.

Who we're looking for
Our client is looking for am experienced recoveries & financesolicitor who can work with minimal supervision, although training and support is available if required.
You will also have excellent communication and client management skills and will be a team player with a real commitment to recoveries work.
