You will join the firms IP group, which, comprises of 16 people across the region andthey are ranked number one for IP in the South of England by Chambers UK.

Our clienthas a significant amount of specialist trade mark work which iscovered by IP solicitors. Due to the increase in trade mark work our clients' are now looking fora specialist to do this work and to growthetrade mark client base.

The work will include UK and CTM registration and opposition work, brand strategy advice and, instructing agents on international registrations where appropriate. Experience of dealing with registered designs would also be helpful.

Who we're looking for
Our client is looking for a trade mark attorney with previous experience. You will ideally:
• be ITMA qualified or part-qualified
• have a track record of practice development or the potential and desire to do this
• be a team player
• have excellent organisational and administration skills
• be highly computer literate

Our client will also consider experienced specialists' looking for part time work.
