As a Practice Manager you will be a key part in the running of the practice. This will include
• Managing work portfolio.
• Reviewing work.
• Managing client relationships.
• Supervising junior members of staff.
• Organising training.
Who we're looking for
You will have a proven track record within accountancy practice, ideally having been in a similar role recently. Good knowledge of accounts and tax proved either in the work arena or with professional qualification ( ACA / ACCA ).
It is imperative that you can communicate effectively and demonstrate good people management skills.
