Acting as the Consumer champion within the UK business, you will be the voice of the consumer both internally and externally liaising daily with the consumer contact centre and reporting your findings back to the business. As the expert for everything Colgate-Palmolive you will need to be experienced in dealing with consumer comments and complaints, understand how contact centres work and be confident influencing the business to make changes that positively impact their consumers. With experience of either consumer affairs, a legal background or contact centre management you will bring passion for consumers plus a real determination to make a difference to a key gateway into and out of the UK business.
Who we're looking for
To succeed in this role, you will ideally possess the following skills and attributes:
• Experience in Consumer Affairs, Legal or Contact Centre Management
• Consumer focussed with a creative mind
• Good project management & influencing skills
• Good interpersonal & communication skills
• The ability to work autonomously and at a cross functional level
• An assertive & can do attitude
