Reporting to the HR director, based in the London office, the Learning & Development Director will be responsible for the design and delivery of a learning & development function that will continually improve the skill base of employees. You will develop and manage a wide range of learning programs including technical and vocational training. Working closely with business unit managers you will identify and meet strategic learning needs for key internal talent. Further you will coordinate outside training programs, develop proceses for employee and organisation development.
Who we're looking for
Degree qualified, the Successful Learning & Development Director will possess the following:
* Training experience within an HR function
*Experience of implementing a learning function from scratch
*relevant training experience in course design, delivery and measurement
*Excellent organisational and communication skills
