In this environment of high level Corporate Real Estate strategy and 'best use' optimisation of Global property portfolio's, our client are able to offer a fantastic opportunity to join their EMEA Strategic Workspace Planning Team, providing consultative and pro active advice to a plethora of Blue Chip clients.
Your role will be to ensure that the end user clients workspace best matches their individual long-term business requirements in terms of Capacity, Facility, Locations and Costs.

Typical projects will include Strategic Planning, Business Approvals, Real Estate Analysis, Facility Utilization, Impact Scenarios, Facility Design, Value Management and Lifecycle Planning.
Based in our clients London Office.

Who we're looking for
•Previous experience in a corporate environment of Workspace Optimisation, new methods of working and Corporate Real Estate strategy.
• Strong analytical capability with the ability to analyse complex information, identify key risks and create solutions across a varied portfolio.
• Highly proficient in use of Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Archibus, Auto CAD with a familiarity of internet technologies and reporting packages.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to deal with a range of personalities within the team,the end user client and external consultants.
• Excellent Client Relationship skills and Diplomacy are paramount.
• Experience of facilities and corporate real estate functions.
• A pro active approach to problem solving and the ability to identify and solve problem - winning the relevant buy-in from key stakeholders.
