Director of Category Management - EMEA

The Director of Category Management will report to the region's Senior Director and be responsible for developing the strategic contact lens category vision and the ACUVUE® portfolio approach whilst supporting implementation at a local country and customer level.
This key position offers a high degree of autonomy; success will require real competence and confidence to make decisions and recommendations to senior managers in the business and the inter-personal skills to coach and support local delivery.

Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will have the ability to see the larger picture and translate to country and customer specific actions. A structured approach to project management and the ability to communicate and influence at all levels internally and externally is essential.
Your career to date will show real progression in blue chip businesses, significant achievements in a variety of high profile roles and current or recent leadership of a category management function. The vast majority of your experience will ideally have come from the FMCG or OTC arena and you'll have examples of success in an international matrix organisation.
