Develop the strategic direction for the business across the ACUVUE® brand and deliver sustainable growth in the region's largest market. You will lead a relatively small team through all planning and implementation projects across the full marketing mix. Portfolio management, promotional activity, PR (consumer and professional) and through the line advertising all fall into your remit. While the role has specific responsibility for the UK and Ireland, success will require frequent and in depth interaction with global business partners and international peers.

Who we're looking for
A first class consumer marketing professional with a track record of success in the UK market and experience of working in a global matrix organisation. You must be used to working on an A&P budget of several millions of pounds and be able to demonstrate successful new product launches into a consumer retail arena. As such, you will be someone that has developed the ability to get the most out of agencies and you will be an expert in advertising and copy development. It's essential that you come from a consumer product background, but experience of marketing to the healthcare arena would be advantageous.
