A leading consultancy within the infrastructure, real estate and construction sectors seek an Operations Director based in the North to manage all FM categories including M&E, Health & Safety and statutory regulations as well as soft services including cleaning, catering and security.
The successful candidate will have multi-site experience within the UK and preferably across EMEA. You will have proven ability and experience with Estates Management, Facilities Management and CAPEX Project Management as you will be responsible for developing the organisations OPEX and CAPEX estates.
A proven track record of creating and retaining customer loyalty and a confirmed history in Total Facilities Management Contract Management is essential.
Who we're looking for
Essential:
Minimum of 4 years TFM experience.
Excellent client facing skills.
Strong communicator at all levels.
Completed level2 BIFM qualification.
Desirable;
Health & Safety to IOSH standard.
High volume estate experience.
