The successful individual will spearhead the development and implementation of an ambitious, but highly deliverable distribution and sales strategy for the UK market.
Key responsibilities:
• Drive the UK sales strategy to maximize business growth and sales margin in a highly competitive market.
• Steer the development of new products and services in response to market requirements.
• Effectively harness the Dealer Network providing competitive products to sustain and develop Fiat Automobile Sales.
• Manage all budgets, board level management information and reporting.
• Control, manage and safeguard the exposure ensuring minimal risk and greatest return.
• Represent the Group internally and externally, generally undertaking corporate responsibilities as the key advocate of the brand.
Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
• A rare combination of corporate gravitas with a distinguished track record and knowledge of Automobile Financial Services.
• Considerableexperience of building highly successful sales teams, maximising and sustaining excellence in sales performance.
• Significant board level leadership and commercial management expertise.
• Proven analytical and decision making skills with a high degree of tenacity and exceptional trouble shooting skills.
• Intercultural mentality and ability to work with/manage an international team.
