• To become the product expert for allocated products
• To work independently, within the SIP team and the matrix structure on:
o Product development, enhancements and new products
o Develop and maintain relationship with direct channels teams
o Assess channel performance and identify plans to improve.
o Develop methods to increase share of wallet, cross sales and balance sizes
o Customer campaigns, new customers and existing
• To ensure products are compliant and meet all regulatory standards
• To prepare and deliver realistic product plans, based on an assessment of current market trends and product/channel opportunities.
• To manage all technology projects associated with allocated projects
• To regularly review achievement of objectives against plan and budget
• To pro-actively promote a High Performance Culture

Who we're looking for
Savings product knowledge/experience preferred.
Experience in product &/or channel management required.
Experience of financial services or other service industry.
