Regional HR Manager

Your key accountabilities will be:-

• Providing a generalist HR Service to the RegionalDirectorand Area Managers with an emphasis on HR projects policy development..
• Delivering specific training to retail operations management on relevant HR topics.
• Delivering a business partnering approach to the relationship with the Regional Director in support of business planning and commercial development of the region.
• Undertaking corporate projects from concept to organisation wide delivery in support of modernisation and continuous improvement.
• Managing a training team, employee relations officer and the regional HR administration team.
• Facilitating change and the support of line management through organisational change process.
The role offers excellent operational HR experience combined with an opportunity to work on corporate HR projects.

The role will be based from home or a nearby site with travel around thethe Southern region as and when required.

Who we're looking for
You should be of graduate calibre or be CIPD qualified with a strong HR Generalist skill set ideally gained in a fast moving customer focused environment. This needs to include a particular strength in true commercial business partnering. The right candidate needs to have the desire and energy to make a difference in a changing environment and be able to work autonomously. It is essential that you are a team player.
