You will take a lead role in the development of the Health Employment Practice in the Manchester office and will be undertaking a varied workload in both health and public sectors.
You will initiate and take part in marketing and networking activities in order to maintain and develop from existing and potential clients in the health and public sectors.
Within this role you will also maintain and develop technical knowledge through attendance at training sessions, reading appropriate publications and exceeding Law Society CPD requirements.
Who we're looking for
• Ideally 5 pqe but all applicants are welcome.
• Experience of working with clients in the health and public sectors, preferably in the North-West.
• Experience of Tribunal work and an ability to work independently on contentious and non-contentious matters is key.
• An independent thinker, with focus on generating solutions to problems on behalf of clients, as well as effective communicator with an ability to develop relationships, undertake client meetings and influence at all levels, by being enthusiastic with a flexible approach.
• You will be local to Manchester or able to relocate.

Leading Employment practice in National top-tier Legal Private Practice.
The team nationally is 70 strong with 15 partners and a strong presence in major legal centres throughout England. The team handles a range of contentious and non-contentious work in private and public sectors.
The client base includes NHS Trusts, Strategic health Authorities and Education Sector Clients. Private sector wise my client deals with Plcs, Multi-Nationals and Privately owned companies.
