Senior Product Training Manager

This role is based within the operational part of this leading organisation and the key deliverable is to train the third party clients on the technical and commercial aspects of the products i.e. how to make them work and how to make them profitable in a business to business context.
Clients are based both nationally and internationally.

You will have a full knowledge of all aspects of the training cycle and will be driven by first class customer experience standards.

Who we're looking for
You will be an experienced PRODUCT training professional whose experience is likely to be backed up by professional training qualifications.

Previous Business to Business Sales/Product based training experience is advantageous.

You will have excellent communication skills, a highly effective presentational style and a demonstrable track record of success in third party stakeholder management behind you.

Experience of the on-line gaming industry is advantageous but not essential .

THIS ROLE IS BASED ON THE ISLE OF MAN.
