1. To own the order book for a supplier or product group and to ensure the following;
• Item parameters are correctly set to meet service level and Inventory targets.
• Base data and parameters are correctly set for new products
• Order book validation before release
• Orders are released to suppliers in line with agreed timescales and frequencies.

2. To work with suppliers to establish acceptable lead-times and communication channels

3. To issue weekly or monthly Schedule Attainment reports by supplier or product group and to expedite solutions for Schedule attainment losses.

4. To ensure that stock within the EMEA is in the correct location by managing the deployment process.

5. To ensure that ;
• Delivery dates for back ordered products for their suppliers are communicated to the business.
• Reasons for the product going into back order are understood and communicated to the business.

6. To review service level losses for a market or product group and produce plans to avoid future issues..

7. To meet Inventory targets set by PSI leaders.

8. To participate in the capacity planning process with Suppliers or component suppliers.

9. Manage and Control Free on Board (FOB) commercial contracts within portfolio.

Who we're looking for
• Familiar with SAP and Manugistics Processes and Execution

• Knowledge of Manufacturing Processes and Procedures

• Understanding of Supply Chain Terminology and Structure

• Strong Communicator - Effective Across Functions and Markets

• The ability to travel to Manufacturing Plants, Vendors, Distribution Centres and Forward Stock Locations as required by business needs.

• Knowledge of Black and Decker Products and Accessories
