They also advise and act on a broad range of other non-contentious commercial and operational maritime matters. Particular areas of expertise within the field of their shipping and offshore finance work include:
• Construction and acquisition finance
• Structured, project and corporate finance
• Export credit finance
• Yacht finance
• Leasing
• Swap agreements and other derivatives
• Loan restructurings and work
Who we're looking for
Candidates with impressive academic scores and ideally with experience in a City firm
