Shipping Litigation Assistant Solicitor This is a 'DRY' litigation role. Core activities are in the management and resolution of disputes whether informally, by ADR, arbitration or litigation. Particular areas of expertise within the field of Shipping Litigation include:
• Bills of lading, other carriage contracts and related disputes
• Protection & Indemnity
• Cargo
• Sale and purchase contracts
• Shipbuilding and repair contracts
• Insurance / reinsurance
• Other commercial dispute
Who we're looking for
Candidates with a good academic background and ideally experience in a City firm
