This is a new role for a senior solicitor who has a track record of success within corporate. The firm is very highly regarded in the region and the quality of work on offer is first rate. The role will be based at the firms Preston offices.

• The work involves Acquisition Finance, Asset Backed Lending, Invoice Discounting, and Secured Lending.

• Business development is actively encouraged by the firm, hence an important aspect of this role will be the development of new and existing clients.

Who we're looking for
Already established within a large firm you must have a demonstrable track record of handling complex corporate/corporate finance matters. Our client deals with a variety of businesses, from the SME market to large blue chip organisations, so expertise in this area is essential. Networking, business development and management skills are key requirements.
